Returns & Refunds

We Have a Very Easy & Painless Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Victory Lap Automotive purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (product cannot be installed/modified). The exception to the previous condition is if the product is defective or is not fitted according to its specifications. In such situations, photos must be provided, showing the defect/incorrect measurements and the request will be evaluated by our Management Team.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
  • All Wheel & Tire Packages (thus, every effort should be made to ensure the proper wheels/tires are ordered)
It is also very important to note that – while your satisfaction is our top priority – no returns / refunds will be accepted or issued if our policy below is not followed. Any products that are returned without proper authorization will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.

Click the button below and fill out the form to start the return / refund process. (Please make sure that you've read and meet the above requirements before submitting the return/refund request.)

Receive & Print Your Return Label

You will get an email with a pre-paid label & RA number. Print both. Put the label on the box and the tracking sheet in with your return if the item was opened.

Ship the Item(s) Back to Us

Use the pre-paid return shipping label to ship the product(s) back to us. Please ensure the package is secured well and that the label is affixed securely.

Receive Your Refund

Once we've received the return and checked to make sure it meets the above requirements, your refund will be issued within 72 hours to the original payment source.
